Karen Lederman is the founder and President of Laser Skin Solutions, Inc. and Laser Consultants, Inc. She has more than 24 years of experience in sales, management and marketing to clients with disposable income. She has spent the last 8 years growing Laser Skin Solutions and teaching other laser practices her proven ways to become successful.
Allie Mason was instrumental in the success of Laser Skin Solutions since its inception. She has participated in every aspect of patient care and in the introduction of new technologies and services to the practice. As a partner and Vice President of Laser Consultants, she has personally trained over 125 practices in North America. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Lisa McCall majored in Marketing at Indiana State University and has spent over 15 years in the fields of marketing and project management. Through experience in industries ranging from non-profit organizations to financial services, she has a broad range of marketing knowledge that is adaptable to multiple industries. She is passionate about long-term sustainable growth for her clients and is looking forward to passing that passion on to you.
Laine Grondin began her aesthetics career traveling the country implementing management programs in resort spas for a national cosmeceutical company. She then became the Director of Marketing and Business Development for a large MediSpa in Palm Beach County. These experiences, from the details of running a practice to outside sales and marketing, contribute to the vast knowledge and passion that Laine hopes to share with you.
Kelley Tyburski has over six years of healthcare strategy and marketing experience. She currently owns two Medical Spa’s in the Sacramento area and was a healthcare strategist for Diamond Management & Technology Consultants working with Fortune 100 healthcare clients to develop information technology strategies. Kelley received her MBA from the University of Chicago with an emphasis in entrepreneurship, accounting and strategy.
Cathi DeThomas has been part of the Laser Skin Solutions team as a provider of laser and skin care services since 2001. She is a Medical Aesthetician, Electrologist and Laser Specialist. Cathi brings extensive clinical knowledge and continued patient care to her role as a consultant. This experience enables us, to help our clients have a better understanding of every aspect of the aesthetic laser industry.
Christy Hurd spent 7 years as an Administrative Assistant for HCA Hospitals and Nova Southeastern Medical School. She is currently the Administrator of both locations of Laser Skin Solutions. She currently provides managerial support for Laser Consultants clients.
Our Doctors
Samuel Lederman, MD, FACOG, founded Laser Skin Solutions with his wife and is a Board Certified Ob/Gyn. He has 20 years of experience in laser surgery and has lectured around the country and abroad on laser technology. He has 10 years of experience in Clinical trials and serves in several advisory boards for the pharmaceutical industry.
David Rankin, M.D., Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, practices both Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery throughout Palm Beach County. Although his main focus is on Cosmetic and Aesthetic procedures, Dr. Rankin continues to provide trauma care for accident victims throughout South Florida. His advanced training, attention to detail and natural artistic skills, help him to achieve beautiful results with his patients. Dr. Rankin is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and many other national, state and local organizations and societies.
